I wish we could prevent all the bald sims

Everytime we get a base game update I end up with dozens of bald sims wandering around because the custom content doesn't stay with the sims for whatever reason.

So then I have to go and use CAS to put their hairs back and it drvies me crazy. So stop doing that. Thank you

FlamingoKicker, A simple solution is to open a test save first to check your mods. Do not open your other saves without reenabling cc abd mods first. I have a save I call testing to do just that. It isn't even really played in.
