If you have Cats & Dogs, are you getting My First Pet Stuff?

I'm buying it. I'm one of those Simmers that dresses up their cat, and I'd like to try and care for a bubalus.

I totally understand why buying a new pack could interest someone to start playing the game again. I'm going through that with Jungle Adventure at the moment. It's not just the game play that's got me hooked. It's the build/buy items and CAS items.

If my Screenname and Avatar are any indication, I will definitely be buying this Stuff Pack! :D I would buy it even if I didn't buy all the packs no matter what. <3 Plus, since I play with a lot of families that have toddlers and school-aged children, then this is a good pack for me in that respect as well. ;)

If you have Cats and Dogs I recommend this pack. It's adding a lot more clothing to dogs and cats plus your getting holiday sweaters for dogs,cats,children and toddlers. In addition this pack is adding more pet beds and cat litter boxes and of course the aquarium coffee table and rodents.

Definitely. I'm looking forward to the little critters and the matching pet outfits are just so cute. <3 Also, I haven't had a chance to use some of the kid furniture from Cats and Dogs so it's nice that we're getting a matching desk and chair.

I just got finished playing sims for the past 3 hours and for the first time I dressed up my cat that I adopted. I gotta say we really needed the cap clothing cause there’s barley any in cats and dogs. So I’m super excited to play with the new stuff.

I made the decision of not buying it even before I saw everything that was in the pack, out of principle.

But after seeing what is actually in it, even if I didn't have strong negative feelings towards the pack, I still wouldn't buy it.

CAS is ridiculous in my opinion and full of old items with new swatches.
CAP is full of silly outfits for pets that I would never use, many of which are also old ones with new swatches.
The obsession of matching your whole family's wardrobe including your pets is just an excuse to reuse patterns and textures over and over.
Build mode only has a pet door.
Buy mode is not interesting at all to me, plus there's not much in there. The fish tank table is not properly round and that bothers me a lot so I wouldn't be using it.

Gameplay is the best part of the pack (which is not very hard since is a very bad pack) but still not worth the money in my opinion since it also has its faults.

Putting aside my thoughts on EA's move with this, I wouldn't buy it still. I already regret buying a couple of the SPs *Luxury Party, I'm looking at you!* and still they were more fleshed out than this. So big fat NO from me.

Edit to say: and yes, I own C&D. In fact, I own every single DLC that has been released so far.

I'm still undecided. I want to be excited for more sims stuff but most of it is just so disappointing! I do love the coffee table and the new haircut and I would like to put my hairless pets in jumpers if seasons is coming. I'll probably end up buying it eventually but I'm in no rush :)

I wouldn’t mind the rodents and the disease. But I hate this practise and can’t support it.
