Inspired Explorer Reward Store trait

Question

I was going through the Reward Store traits trying to decide what to get &amp; saw one called "Inspired Explorer" that's supposed to build relationships &amp; skill gains faster when you're not in your home neighborhood. Is this a new trait? Just curious since I don't remember seeing it before.

But yeah, new to Rewards Store!
