Is it just me, or is it always the same group of sims at the hospital?

I'm playing the Dr. career and yes the same ppl constantly come to the hospital. They return so much I think I am misdiagnosing them. I have a lot of families in my game

More like the same group of Sims at any location. I don't know how this hasn't been fixed yet, it existed even before outdoor retreat for me.

Yes, super annoying. I just left the hospital and my sims boyfriend was there, on an exam table. When I went to the house call, he was a patient there. I examined him, gave him meds and returned to the hospital. Only to find him still on the exam table. hope he doesn't have any std's. LOL

I cull townies who are not in world if you want more variety. And yes, some of the neighbors left in my hoods are repeats. But if you want rid of them and a new batch of homeless townies cull game before the system does it.

I have noticed the same patients too. In fact, Mortimer Goth was one of the sick sims on my doctor's House Call, and then when he returned to the hospital, Mortimer was there sick again.

We need some variety. It's also frustrating because if you have the "Greet 3 Patients" task, it only works if you can introduce yourself to them. If you know all of the patients at the hospital, you can't fulfill this task because you've already introduced yourself at a previous time. We need another social interaction that fulfills this task.

Yep. And the same sims show up to shop every day too. *sigh*
