I got it for a new sim as soon as we got it. She started out fine but right away after she got a boyfriend she was tense all the time.
Now, like already mentioned, the trait is probably supposed to be a "negative" trait and I for one like it but for her I didn't as I wanted her to max her career but she got tense at work no matter what I did and her performance bar lowered every day instead of going up, so, as I had played her for a while, she had some reward points so I got her the trait for not getting tense.
And then it was fine, I'll remember to not give it to a careerist the next time :blush:
