Is It Possible to Have More Units To Be Rented to Tenants?
The maximum number of units that can be rented for tenants is six (6) but I wanted to rent out ten (10) units. Is it not possible to do this?

If you do revert the residential rental venue to 'regular' residential, be sure to evict all the households first. Or at the least keep just the owners in (if any) otherwise it becomes a mess.

I've had to do that (revert to regular residential) because of problems in build mode with building unto the current lot while it's residential rentals.
