This is one I get first often, detectives especially, mainly because it helps when looking for friends/lovers with things in common. I've used it less since GT introduced clubs (can find sims with certain traits using club filters) and I don't need it as much with aliens/vamps due to powers that do the same thing.
I get Entrepreneurial for Ambitious sims or others in regular careers if they need the advancement or skill related ones depending on how they make money.
Other things are more specific like Great Storyteller for writers or as an extra personality quirk (such as for grandpa's story time).
