Is there a cheat to allow a disabled lot trait?

I know you can access the cat friendly traits on the rental units in the vacation worlds. Maybe build something in one of those worlds, give the lot the traits you want and save the lot to your library. You can place that lot in any world & it will retain the traits from your original build. I revised some lots in both vacation worlds (residential units), adding Cat Friendly to a unit in each vacation spot. I don't know if it would be the same for a cafe type lot though.

I actually made a cat cafe a while back and I just used the Cafe lot type. It worked for me. I was going to do it the way you said but ran into the same problem.

I have also made a cat café with Cafe lot type from Get Together expanison pack.
Restaurant is much more strict than café as your sims can own it. Restaurants won't allow pets and toddlers in the lot while café does.
Café lot type allows Cat Friendly and Dog Friendly lot traits. However, you won't be able to set the menu there.

Hm I guess I will just have the lot type cafe then, thats a shame - I had a full on menu ready an all! Thanks for the help
