My Sim has had her first trimester but I want her to have her baby now. Is there a cheat to make her give birth?

I had a sim that was in her 3rd trimester when I left and played another family for a bit and when I went back to it she had gave birth and the game gave my baby a stupid name!!! I don't even know if I had a boy or girl!! The name is Julian! Never doing that again.
Julian is a male name.
