Is there a way a sim can pass leadership of a club off to another?

The family I'm playing has a club, just with family remembers and their spouses in it. The father has just aged up to elder, and I would like for him to pass leadership to his eldest son. Is there a...

I was trying to figure out how to have the dad just hand it over, but this way works as well, thank you. :)
