@kalaksed Thanks for the good tip. I already moved him into my household after propose in front of his roommate's boyfriend. :D I was not sure if he would create a new boy/girlfriend even after being engaged. By the way, is it a payment to endure roommate's party goers visit my lot? My lot has been set to private dwelling but it's of no use when the roommate calls someone and invites the party goers. Also my sim is global superstar and they try to get autograph or take a picture...something like that. It's quite annoying.
