Is There A Way To Tell Who Owns A Business?

Hover your cursor over the lot and it will show the owner(s). You can also click the three dots in the bottom right corner and then click the flag to quickly sell it.

However, if you want your sim to open it, just buy it. If you only want it to open so you can shop there, send your sims and it will open automatically. No need to purchase the business.

@IceyJ Thanks for replying! I originally thought the problem was that someone owned the lot, but then I realized they didn't, it was just glitched. So I ended up replacing it with an older but matching version I had in my library, and the problem was solved. Good to know for future reference about the cursor hover thing. Thanks again. :)
