Is there any gameplay value to a museum?
I have been checking out my EA-placed museums, and they just seem to have a few paintings and sculptures that you can "view". Is there some advantage to having them or visiting them? Has anyone done...

Yes, I have a couple of different styled churches that are set as museums - great for weddings. I also have a museum that is really a spooky cemetery in Forgotten Hollow, with an underground crypt. And I have a museum that is an Astronaut Control Centre, where my sims meet with their fellow colleagues from the astronaut career and do lots of astronauty stuff. This is it, created by sanyakocka:

Museums are great places for some club gatherings :)
I left Deadgrass Discoveries as is and would like to add collectables to that place as I go along in my play. I did think about having little rooms in there and dedicating each room to a different world - so, like, having collectables/photos etc from Strangerville in one room, Brindleton Bay in another etc.
