Is there ANY way to get rid of tutorial instructions?

I am liking the game quite a lot, but is there ANY way to get rid of the tutorial instructions? I've been playing for a couple of days now and I'm starting to feel very harassed by all the pop ups all...

It comes back with a vengeance. lol If you click on a vacant house and click ' create new household' for that particular lot, viola there is the tutorial again right back in CAS as the day you first played.
