We at least need a mod that will make it so no object breaks or at least fully upgraded objects don't break.
There is a mod to make objects break less frequently, or stop them from breaking. You can use this mod to change the percentage of how often things break. I think if you set it to 0 then nothing will break. http://modthesims.info/d/604016
