Is anybody else having a problem with the elementals not showing up when a Child of the Islands sim summons them? I used to be able to get three to show up, then it reduced to one, and now none of the...

I'm not understanding the "pass judgement". So for this to happen I need to have an elemental and Sim(s) with the Mana trait? Without the child of the islands trait they will pass judgement on each other?
Sims with the Child of the Island Trait can receive judgement from sims with the Sulani Mana Trait.
Sims with the Sulani Mana trait are Island Elementals.
Sims with the Child of the Island trait are technically the Sulani Locals.
The judgement can be four different moodlets that boost various parts of gameplay.
The moodlets are:
Sad: Connection Denied
Playful: Sulani's Breeze
Flirty: Sulani's Warmth
Confident: Sulani's Roots
These moodlets override other moodlets and last for two sim days.
The other trait, Child of the Ocean, well it is a trait for merfolk and it does lead to its own secrets. But, they aren't as impressive as the Child of the Island Secrets.
