Nah, if it was tarrifs then it should cost more at retail then online but we don't have tarrifs between our countries on software. This is a total EA made up thing. I rewrote my post you just quoted too after contacting my local walmart and checking bestbuy online both of which are sellingg it for 39.99 - not 51.99 like EA's Origin is online. If nothing else Origin should be the cheapest if tarrifs existed.
