I would take sponsored videos out of the "They're doing the same thing" category. That's them doing their job.
Lilsimsie has her spin the wheel thing. James does rags to riches. Deligracy mixes it up with different let's plays. Plumbella is new to me. She does her own thing also.
They all participate in build/cas challenges. Of course they are doing the same thing when new packs come out and/or the gurus challenge them. They review new packs. They show us what is in the pack before it is even released. Gamechangers doing their job!
Lilsimsie streams everyday! They do have original content. Each has their own play style. James started when he was 14 years old with Sims 1. He did building tutorials and started a website with The Sims 1. I have been watching him the longest. He taught me how to build. I found Deli through him. Then Lilsimsie (the challenge queen). I found Plumbella through her.
I have a different way of looking at Youtubers than the OP ... I enjoy these 4 Youtubers very much plus more. There is a huge number of Youtubers who play different ways. The many stories and styles fit just about every mood I have.
There is a lady called the SenileSimmer who does a let's plays set in a different time period. (let's get growing) I found her just a couple of months ago. She has tons of content if someone needs someone new to watch.
