ISSUES/BUGS with Dine Out

The only minor issues I had when my Sim visited L'Attente Bistro with a friend, once for dinner and once for breakfast:
- As soon as they arrived, the friend wandered off to chat with others. When they got a table, she came and sat down, but stood up right away again to play with her smartphone. She did sit down when it was time to order and stayed put during the actual meal. This happened on both visits.
- The waitress, after picking up dirty plates, dumped them down on my Sims' table while they were eating. She came back after a long while and collected them. (Btw, wouldn't it be nice to be able to criticize waiters when visiting a restaurant as a customer?)
