Well, got it working again via desktop as administrator. Still won't launch right through origin. Will probably post crash reports later.. may need to consider backing up everything onto the gallery in the event I have to do a reinstall of the game.

so after doing another repair after the whole uninstall/reinstall of origin and it launched.
It also launched in offline mode no problem earlier
However, while digging in the files, I found a recent exception file that may help with customers not receiving food.
2 run time errors.. which make sense because I had two skipped tables that shift.
