The above is what I have seen floating around on the internet - but a 1:1 ratio is like really slow - an hour Sim-time will take an hour real-time.
So,
clock._set_milliseconds_per_sim_second 100
is 1 Sim-minute equating to 6 real-time seconds.
The in-game clock can take a bit of time to adjust and the days of the week may flick forward a few days - However, aging should not be affected until the clock settles. It doesn't affect what your Sim is doing, it just means the game balances time and then after 30 seconds or so of real-time, the game clock will proceed to move at the adjusted time.
Likewise,
clock._set_milliseconds_per_sim_second 200
takes 12 seconds for each Sim minute to pass.
I left this one out because so far when testing, it seemed to freeze up the clock entirely.
