Jewelry won't stay on sim

I have a male sim with a feminine frame, and when I put jewelry on them in CAS it will not stay on them. Anyone living in the household with this sim also can't wear jewelry. Does anyone know what the...

Do you have mccc mod? Maybe it has sth. to do with it.
