Journey to Batuu Price? $5 more in Canada on Origin?

I need some clarification as to why Journey to Batuu costs the exact same in the US on Origin as all the other game packs but here in Canada it's $29.99 instead of $24.99. Now that we know this Gam...

the only way it will ever end up in my game is if its bundled with something else and I somehow had no option not to instal it.
