Journey to Batuu Price? $5 more in Canada on Origin?

I need some clarification as to why Journey to Batuu costs the exact same in the US on Origin as all the other game packs but here in Canada it's $29.99 instead of $24.99. Now that we know this Gam...

I'm not being unreasonably cynical. On Origin in Canada all Game Packs cost $24.99 but Journy to Batuu costs $29.99. So now I'm looking for clarification. On Steam it's $24.99 but like almost every other Simmer, all my Sims 4 games are from Origin.
