While Star Wars is indeed George Lucas' baby, he doesn't own the original 3 plus the prequels. Disney owns those. George now owns a lot of money and stocks on disney (although the disney stocks may have gone down a bit lately?)
All the stocks have gone down with the pandemic. Stocks were at their lowest around March including Disney but it has recovered quite nicely. I work for employment department, so I kind of chuckle when people say Disney is doing bad when any business surviving this pandemic is doing well. Their Disney+ subscription is helping them quite a bit now and they have been able to adapt with the isolation. Plus with a lot of their movies being animated, their cartoons will fair better than their live action films. Whether their parks survive who knows, but worst case they can sell their international parks and still come up on top. It is the smaller companies that will have a harder time sadly especially movie theaters and restaurants.
Anyways their yearly stock:

Funny enough TESLA is currently at its lowest point of the year now. But yes George Lucas sold his baby. Stan Lee did too before his passing. Mortality has a way of catching up on people. Disney did go bankrupt in 1923 and quite interesting hearing their story for anyone who is interested in business especially entrepreneurship.
On topic, international prices are crazy expensive for games because of the taxes on them.
