Get Famous is great for how well-integrated fame is into everything else (though unless you're an Actor, MAN is it a GRIND). The world is gorgeous, but SMALL, but the CAS assets are really great. A fan of the Murkland challenge? GF's got you covered. Superheroes? Get Famous. Good hair? Yep. Good fashion? To a point. Want to play a one percenter? Yep, perfect for that.
Jungle Adventure is repetitive, but the build options are great, as are the storytelling options. I use Selvadorada as a gap year destination, and design the world itself as Far Cry, but in The Sims. It also finally gives your Sims a reason to visit museums, for you can build really elaborate Omiscan exhibits with artefacts (and Build/Buy objects) that you've collected yourself.
(Think of the Discover University cross-play! Not only could you have a gap year, you could join the Education career and play a professor who explores ancient ruins... eg Indiana Jones)
Get to Work is... fine. It was the first Sims 4 EP, and under a vastly different design philosophy than the later packs. They were still learning what worked well in TS4, and what didn't. It adds some normal careers, which the base game sorely needed, but you also get some weirdness with Aliens, which are basic, but fun.
