keeping staff happy is hard
i have 3 times had staff just not show up...they have max pay/promotions...i praise them daily...they just are not happy...i have trained them all to the max but i guess that is restaurant life...revo...

I keep my staff happy by inspirational speeches when they walk in, praising when they do good and giving raises. They amazingly stay satisifed except Clara , Bjorn's wife who is always giving me the business and I could fire her but I don't because her husband works at my other restaurant and is a great host btw and I refuse for her to go home and tell him i fired her and take him with her xD
