1. Quick but see below.
2. I have the creative starting trait, the creative visionary reward trait, the murphy bed which when putting the bed up my sim becomes inspired, and I finished the painting aspiration which gives the muser trait. So my sim is very inspired a lot.
3. My sim lives in a medium tiny house, 64 tiles. Lot traits are the green plant one, (the garden does really great) and the paint brush one, (better painted pictures with more masterpieces).
4. My sim's veterinarian skill goes up very fast also, due to the above reasons.
