For those complaining about constant guests, the best thing to do is place a fence of some kind all around the property, complete with gate and lock the gate so people can not come inside unless you want them too...i usually lock my gate to everyone except household....that way if i have a task i am trying to complete and visitors come to the gate, they cant just walk on in and help themselves to anything they want... i started that on Sims 3 because i had someone steal stuff from my home while visiting my lot...locking the gates keeps everyone out unless you invite them inside.... you dont even need to use cheats to do it, just click on the gate and choose the lock option, then chose who you want to allow access to. easy breezy....
