Don't know if there is but if you do aspiration Friend of the world, and get i think its friendly or something trait for aspirations points, you build friendships faster on friendly introduction and friend of the world removes the relationship decay entirely. Making it easy to become friends with almost anyone and keeping them as friends. Only really hurtful down side is you will constantly get invited to stuff almost around the clock.
