It depends both on you and your audience, but in general - that's a good idea. I've recently binge-watched Andrew Arcade's 'Not So Berry Challenge' done in that way (with the audience influence), and it was really fun to watch. I wish I discovered it earlier and actually could participate in the streams ;)
