Lot info panel how to update bed and bathroom count for vacation lot??

Anyone know how to update bed and bath room count in the lot info panel? In granite map original there is bed and bathroom count but i.replace a new one and the count no more..how to put them.in?

I go into the build mode and click on the house with "I" symbol but there is no where i can change the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

It just show lot value, lot dimension, lot name and lot type that all..
