Mayor Whiskers won the lottery in my game. I doubt it was intended for animals to be able to win, but he’s such a dapper gentleman, I wouldn’t want to deny him his winnings. I hope he doesn’t spend it all on catnip. Perhaps a nice monocle or bow tie to go with his top hat would be a good use of the money.
