Great makeover @CK213 I loved that house as well but found the floor plan somewhat "awkward" Strangely enough relatives of mine bought an old farmhouse years back and it had the dining room on the opposite house side from the kitchen area.
Guess the original owners had servants so it worked for them and this place actually had stairs to go upper floors off kitchen as well. While the family used the main staircase. LOL What a life someone had in the past. Luckily there was a small breakfast nook as well as no one had servants in this life. Ha ha
