Money cheat. Yay or Nay?

I picked yes, but really it just depends on how I'm playing. If I'm playing a challenge where I want to build my sim up from rags to riches essentially, then no, definitely no money cheats. Or if I'm just trying to play an average family trying to get by, then I definitely like to work for the money too.

But if I have an idea in my head to create a filthy rich family or sim, but don't really want to play the progression to getting them there, then yes, I'm gonna cheat some money for them to give them a fabulous house with fabulous possessions. Same for super poor/struggling sims - I don't always want them to start with that 20k the game usually gives them, so I will cheat for the opposite reasons and take away a lot of their money.

I use it sometimes but not always, I usually only use it if I'm building bigger or really tired of looking at the starter houses.

I never use it. I enjoy having my sims earn the things that keep them happy.

I picked no, but I do find it extremely easy to earn money in this game anyway.

Who in their right mind will use money cheats on the sims specially????? o.O if you need to do that, you picked the wrong game.

I actually use money cheat, but for reducing their money.

Always. For the last 20 years. Not so much now because I've been playing the same family for the last 3 years and they have plenty of money. My sims work not for the money but the satisfaction of reaching the top of a career. If someone wants multiple degrees then I make it happen. Same for going on vacation or owning multiple businesses.

I despise challenges....

I have no problem using money cheats. A good portion of my saves, my sims are jobless and just enjoying life and I don't really care for the grind of making them go to a job and try to keep up their needs without me, myself, enjoying it.

On occasion I will play use the free real estate cheat to buy their house and only let them live off the $20,000 from CAS and actually make them make money.

No, I want my Sims to earn their money.
