because scraping for every dollar and making big painful decisions on how to spend $15 has been my reality in life begore, and not my idea of fun. though I did enjoy a homeless teen rags to riches game once,,,sorta. ended up cheating because he was finally surviving but literally could never accept social invitations bc he couldn't spare the time, always hustling for his next meal.

I have two money trees in a family within Siam weeks I now have 150k and I have no idea how to spend it !

I find most of the things in the reward store are cheaty. It's why I rarely buy anything from it.

You don't have to spend the money. It's okay to have more money than you can spend.

Once I have so much money I start to lose interest in the family :)

I think, and I don't really have an exact number, I have around 120 played households, between 17 saves. I think, again, I have 4 money trees in 2 of those houses. My sims are making so much money, so fast, the trees are really not necessary after a certain point. With the Shrewd trait, one of my families managed to accumulate over 800k. I ended up removing half of it, because it was pointless.

I don't see the point in cheating to max out the money, I mean...what to spend it on? I never have enormous bills, there is nothing in B/B that cost that much. In TS3 we had the cars, and a ginormous 72k (I think) plane lawn ornament. I mean, that's the kind of ridiculous luxury objects we don't have in TS4.

I agree! Except I once had some mod that made my sims tense for no reason so i always save up for the "Carefree Trait" and wipe out that emotion.

I had a legacy once... and I had something like 6 Money trees, hehe. I stopped playing the legacy because I was getting so much money. I am about to go and play it again but use the Money cheat to take way some of the money so the game is actually enjoyable!

It's not cheat, as it's taken lot of time to glow tree, spellcaster along with finding those gold frog, you can become rich in matter of min, spellcaster petty overpower, and most powerful of all sims, (second vampire but vampire even had trouble with money like normal sims but they do live forever as long they are vampire and harder to get killed than spellcaster but spellcaster do had immure to death but it's last 24 hours, and you had to keep drinking potions but not cheat because you worked to grow skill along it while spent lot of time to find gold frog dig ground, but it's fastest way to become rich to me, money tree take longer to get and longer to set up and take care of it.

Spellcaster do had immortal too but only if you are elder, not young or adult by drinking potion but you can stay young forever if you keep drinking potion before age up. I wish spellcaster immortal work on young and adult, not by elder.
