Move the Cakes, Pies, & Cookies to Baking

I don't see why they couldn't be listed in both places if you own GTW? I think they should be there too. I often click baking by mistake when I'm looking for a cake for a birthday or wedding.

This too! I forgot that even existed because I never have room for it.

Yup. I use a mod to do this, but I completely agree that there should be an update in the game for it. Also make it so baking cakes and such qualifies as the "baking" holiday task in Seasons.

Cakes should most definitely be under the baking category!

I know they want yet another DLC pack exclusive to be made base game. That is not a good thing.

If I get what you are saying, that you think people are asking for baking skill to be offered for free without buying the pack it came with, that's not what people are asking for at all.

All we want is for things you can make to be labeled correctly. If cakes had a tag for baking, then if you had the pack with baking skill they could show up in that category. If all you have is the base game, then they'd still just be under cooking, that tag wouldn't do anything.

I'm not sure about Sims 3, but in Sims 2 this idea was in use. You could see it looking at the tags in SimPE.

Now that is an interesting option if they want to avoid patching it in.
