Or when on the "moving" screen where it asks if you want to sell or keep furniture, choose sell. You'll get simoleons & the furniture stays with the house. But evicting is an excellent option too; you just need to go in to Household Management, click on the family & then move them where you want. Pretty easy to do :smile: .
