Moving out
When do your sims children usually move out of their parents house? In my case, it's usually as a teenager, because I am unable to properly focus on the storylines of more than 1-2 sims at the time...

All of my sim self's kids stayed in the house until they aged into young adults then went off to university and began their own lives once they graduated. They sometimes come back home depending on the situation/storyline.
