Because it's like a hidden lot - you can only get there by climbing the mountain. - AquaGamer12125 years agoSeasoned Ace

I know but you can still build there. Gryphi built a cabin there for those who reach the peak so they can rest and recharge before heading home. I think that’s genius honestly. "Dannydanbo;c-17697828" wrote:
The world team, as usual, did a great job building this beautiful world.
I think the big gray lot in the top neighborhood is a state park where the rock climbing mountain might be located. If there is no Yeti, I plan to add the mine entrance to it and have my Yeti live there and try to frighten away interlopers.
I think the lot to the left of that lot is possibly the new bathhouse venue as it seems to be located in a snowy setting in all the pictures.
I plan on adding a Japanese restaurant to the lowest neighborhood cause shredders gotta eat, right?
I'd like to convert James Turner's lounge into a karaoke bar -- that would definitely fit the Japanese vibe. (Wonder if they added sake to the bar menus?)"Beardedgeek;c-17708228" wrote:
Oh one more thing: I am almost disappointed they added all these fireplaces, because they are REALLY bad when it comes to the eco footprint. So I probably have to delete them in all houses...
I'm probably going to equip all the rental houses on the mountain with thermostats to keep things nice and warm when my Sims are vacationing. B)"AquaGamer1212;c-17710103" wrote:

I might put a small Onsen there, depending on the lot size. The indoor hot springs, maybe a small kitchen or at least the low table plus a hot pot. And a room with beds for a comfortable sleep before heading back.- World Overview with lots, lot sizes and townies.

-I'm going of keep the 50x50 lot pretty empty, going to steal someones idea to place an Ice ring, and maybe a food stall. So probably a national park lot.
-Definitely changing the lounge. On the fence if I'll make it a bowling alley or a restaurant.
-The empty lot will become a residential lot.
-Removing the rental lot from Wakaba making it a residential lot.
-The lot that Simsie made in Senbamachi will become a rental lot. Senbamachi seems like a much more interesting area to stay than Wakaba. - Sthenastia5 years agoSeasoned Ace

Just one, small lot to built something... wow...
There IS a bulldozer tool...
Besides, that empty lot irritates me, I will have to find a good lot to put there ASAP; I virtually never build, I am really bad at it, but I always play with ALL lots filled and ALL lots full with families and then evict them into "currently not in world" status when I move my own Sims in.
I hope James or Lilsimsie have a good not-overdone house for that lot.
Oh and first thing I'll do is to convert the Lounge or bar into a Karaoke bar (am I the only person who just don't get what the difference between a lounge and a bar is in the game anyway? I think the only real difference is that a bar has to have a mandatory TV and a lounge does not?).
I understand you, but honestly I love download several amazing buildings and build some my own. One lot is too little space for me. - AncientMuse25 years agoSeasoned AceMy Mt. Komorebi plans:
- karaoke bar (bye bye regular bar)
- sushi/japanese restaurant (where the lounge is)
- traditional tea house (cafe) with the add-on of a small room for hot pot gatherings (tatami mats, hot pot, kotatsu table, remove shoes)
- An off-grid hermit shack at the top of the mountain
- will be adding a bbq and a few other things to the swimming hole spot to make it a mini-beach type area
- turning the big 50x50 lot into a winter wonderland national park (skating rink w/ hot drinks and food, toilets/showers, hot springs, campground area with tents/firepits/bbqs, outdoor activities, maybe even a frosty outdoor wedding spot)
- experimenting with platforms until my eyeballs fall out of my head
And at some point.... I might even play the game. :D
