'Soon' and 'complete' do not come hand-in-hand with this game.
I'm sorry but waiting or not waiting has proven equally disappointing with EPs for TS4.
I'm not dissapointed with the EP's. Even if you are someone who is generally dissapointed with the EP's wishing for an EP sooner rather than later would probably mean there would be more dissapointments with it than if we were to just wait a few extra months.
But regardless, back to the OP, the gurus all say that these aren't hints, but let's be honest, they're hints.
