Any reviews on kits welcome and any best ranking would be great, looking at getting some extras I do a fair few already, but want to add to my game. (FYI I am not opposed to kits I like their idea, it is what suits you and your gameplay, I know it costs money but I like that not every kit is suited to that person.) That being said, any must haves?! 😄

I like the ones with a little bit of added game play:Little Campers - you get the don't wake the llama/bigfoot game even without Get Together, a fire pit and cooking s'mores on it without Outdoor Retreat or Horse Ranch, a dollhouse that is relatively cheap and since it's made from cardboard boxes actually makes sense being the size that it is, a big projection screen without Movie Stuff, a swing set without any of the expansion packs that include them, and a relatively cheap kid's activity table.Riviera Retreat also has a fire pit if that's what you're looking for, though if you're only getting one kit I'd still go with Little Campers.Book Nook has a lot of objects that you can use to unobtrusively place books in ways that they will actually stay when you save the lot to your library (unlike books you place inside bookshelves) which I like for custom library collections or reference books on public lots.Storybook Nursery has a rocking chair and changing table.Casanova Cave has another giant screen, though again if you're just getting one kit I'd go with Little Campers. Vastly different looks though; Casanova Cave's would not look out of place in a movie theater build.Kitchen Clutter has the grocery bag you can order groceries from (if you have Cottage Living & like playing with its Simple Living lot challenge, this will be wonderful for playing with both Off the Grid and Simple Living together). It also has a lot of fun touches like getting cereal from the cereal boxes and cookies from the cookie jar.Restoration Workshop has the appliances that can be purchased broken and restored in order to use them.And of course there's the very first gameplay kit - Bust the Dust - but I haven't actually bought that one because I have some concerns about how it integrates into the game (mainly, that there's no broom; I also believe both the dust bunny gifts and moodlets were overpowered originally but they may have been toned down since).I've also found I use the Grunge Revival CAS items frequently and the Cozy Bistro flooring all the time.

My favorite Kits are:Secret Sanctuary ties with Storybrook Nursery ties with Cozy BistroCastle Estate ties with Rivera RetreatCourtyard Oasis ties with Blooming Rooms ties with Greenhouse HavenCountry Kitchen ties with Kitchen ClutterMoonlight Chic ties with Business Chic ties with Sweet AllurePoolside Splash ties with Simimates Collection ties with Sweet Slumber Party Some kits just so goes together. I recommend getting them in a group of a theme that you might be interested in. PS: Golden Years Kit would so go perfectly with the Cottage Living Pack😊

My favorite is actually Bust the Dust! I really enjoy the gameplay.

I think it depends on your playing style and how you like to decorate your homes. I tend to leave kits unbought until I have a clear idea of how to use them, a sim that fits the vibe, which mean for me a kit can be used a lot for a period, and then not at all. But if I look at the ones that I will likely use a lot regardless of what I'm playing right now, it's probably these two. Booknook kit! My clear favourite. I use that bookshelf all the time, in stores, in homes, in dorms... I like the rest of the kit as well but that bookshelf is probably my one most used asset in game. The new kitchen clutter kit I haven't used that much yet, but I can see myself using it a lot! I also rank it high because of the number of useful objects, like getting cereal from the box instead of the fridge. Without knowing, I think a lot of kitchens will have some part of that kit in it. Other kits I really like for a variety of reasons are the following: The greenhouse haven kit I use a lot when having gardening sims - however, I do wish they'd gone the same way as with the kitchen clutter kit. A lot of those objects could have been attached to a functionality, and I wish they were. Blooming room because you can never have too many plants to vary your homes with. The artist studio (I'm playing an artist at the moment, so right now this is heavy in use). Cozy kitsch (so pretty and perfect for mid-century homes, which I'm playing at the moment)There are other kits I really like, and I use most of them occasionally. While I like the clothing kits, none of them feel necessary the same way some of the bb-kits does for me.

I’m never quite sure whether I should buy a kit or not, since there isn’t that much content in them. I always want to make sure I’ll actually use what’s included!
This thread really helps me get a better idea of how other players use each kit — super helpful!
(Also... it’s a bit sad that kits are never on sale. I wish they’d let us bundle 3 kits of our choice at a discounted price. That would be amazing!)

simsplayer818 Sleek Bathroom is an absolute must-have. If I only had one kit I'd honestly consider ditching the plants for the bathroom. I got it immediately and have used it in EVERY build.

I have only have about half the kits but the ones I find myself using the most often are:
Build/buy: Little Campers, Book Nook, Sleek Bathroom, Storybook Nursery
CAS: Sweet Allure, Sweet Slumber Party, First Fits
