I wish that you didn't have to constantly switch between them to achieve goals. I would like to see it so that if you complete a goal even while the aspiration isn't selected then it could still comp...

If it worked like that I would want it to be the case that only once an aspiration had been selected for a sim would it complete anything for it. It is annoying needing to remember to keep flipping between a couple of aspirations when I'm working on multiple at once but it would also be annoying if I later came to an aspiration to realise half of it had been completed.
