I play a retirement home in my rotation and in this household I'm actually trying to keep most of the elders alive. However they have the Wishing Well which sometimes backfires -- like my sim who wished for Happiness (I was actually just trying to fulfill her whim to cast a wish) and ended up Hysterical and dying on the spot.
