My sim is stuck 3rd trimester pregnant and also can't age up XD

Basically this. She became pregnant a day or two before she became eligible to age up from young adult to adult. Now that she's supposed to have her baby at any moment, I'm guessing that's why I can...

Yeah probably :/ and the game Is quite buggy right now so I wouldn't be surprised. However try to look for an answer and if I find anything that might help Ill let you know
