My sim isn't giving birth!
Eliza Pancake is pregnant and she is in labour, but she has been in labour for 4 sim days now and that was after she went through 3 trimesters. I feel like she is never giving birth.

Do what Alyssasimmer15 says, delete all the bassinets and put only one and repairing the game via origin could help. I also have found that exiting the game completely and then coming back in sometimes fixes annoying bugs, although I have never had a stuck pregnancy before.
Another thing you should do too is that if you have any mods and/or CC, remove them and then go back into game and see if she will give birth then.
