Roughhousing Encouraged = CONSTANT fighting! ANNOYING! , Creative Arts= CONSTANT BLOB OF CLAY and it reproduces magically over and over in your Sims' inventories=Annoying and glitchy! Possibly game breaking if enough produce! , Performing Arts= Constant violin playing! = ANNOYING!, Foodies United= Let's constantly spam making food and cakes and food and cakes and food and cakes= ANNOYING ANNOYING!!! See where I am going here? I honestly think most of these plans are the most terribly implemented features of ALL OF SIMS 4! The developers need to address all of these quickly. I am very upset that such a huge and intrusive feature of this new pack is so severely annoying and spammy and also very buggy! Can you tell I am not please with Neighborhood Action Plans yet? :) I will continue moaning about them too. We need the developers to take notice! :)
