Natrual hybrid spellcaster/vampire
So i have a natural vampire spell-caster hybrid(no mods/cc/or cheats) using a dad spellcaster, normal mother and dark ley line lot trait. seems to be bugged as i have no way of levelling vampire perks...

So far all vampire-spellcaster hybrids tend to be this way. No idea if there are mods around to fix this, but you can add vampire perks with cheats. Regarding spellcasters charge, when they start to give out electric sparks, it's time to discharge.
