Yeah, though it would be cool if we could also adjust the rates of them instead of just on or off so people still have and adopt children and move and die and get/leave/change jobs and so on but not as rapid fire lol. Basically just a middle ground between every household having babies every 5 seconds and no one having any babies ever.
