Whatever it is, it's not going to be bigger or as big as Terrain tools, or they'd have given it the same or bigger treatment. There's no way this is gong to be shorter teens or cars or freed babies most of the other speculation I've been seeing. Those would all get same-or-more treatment compared to Terrain tools.
